Ok, it’s movie night and I have couple of Honey Cinnamon Pear Mojitos and a bag of SkinnyPop Sea Salt and Black Pepper Popcorn waiting for me by the couch.
- 2 pears, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup fresh mint leave (about 5-7 leaves per drink)
- honey cinnamon syrup (recipe below)
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 5 oz white rum
- 3 cups club soda
- ½ lime, cut into wedges
- ¾ cup water
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Divide mint leaves in two glasses. Add 2 lime wedges and 2 tbsp honey cinnamon syrup to each glass. Use a muddler and gently break up the mint leaves. Fill each glass about halfway full with crushed ice. Add 2.5 oz rum to each glass and stir to combine. Add sliced peaches and top the glass with club soda. Garnish with extra mint leave and ENJOY!
- Combine water and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator.
